• Eating Asheville: Rocky’s Hot Chicken Shack — Nashville-Style Hot Chicken in N.C.

  Is there anything that’s more southern than fried chicken? I don’t think so. While in asheville we had our first chance to eat Tennessee-style hot chicken at Rocky’s Hot Chicken Shack! We loved this place and now I’m inspired to make my own hot style chicken.
