Quick and Easy Garlic Chive Sausage Ball Appetizer

Looking for an easy appetizer that comes together quickly and will keep you coming back for more? If so, look no futher!

These 5 ingredient sausage balls are perfect appetizer to pair with, breakfast, lunch, dinner, a tailgate, or as a standalone snack. All you need is ground pork breakfast sausage, all purpose baking mix, shredded cheese, herbs of your choice (I use chives), and garlic.

These can be mixed by hand but using a hand or stand mixer makes it a little easier.

Once combined I use a 1 tablespoon scoop to equally portion out all of the balls. Bake on a parchment lined sheet pan for easy clean up!
